Pen Pals Inc is a non-profit animal shelter located in Jackson, LA servicing the surrounding areas. We are a dog and cat adoption guaranteed facility. Once we receive an animal in our care they are vaccinated, de-wormed, tested for major diseases, and before they leave for their forever home they are spayed/neutered. We work solely on donations and volunteer veterinary services.
