Both Word and PDF versions are available for download. These can either be emailed, hand delivered, or mailed. You can also stop by the shelter and fill out an application in person. We'll contact you as soon as possible with an answer after we get your application. All applicants require a veterinarian check and the approval of either the shelter manager and two board members, or three board members. If we get several applications for the same animal, we'll review each application and select the most appropriate home.
