One Dog at a Time Rescue, Inc. (ODTR) is an all volunteer rescue/foster organization located in Warsaw, Indiana. We focus on local dogs that have been surrendered, abandoned, or found as strays. We work hard to prepare the dogs for their forever home. We work with local animal shelters to rescue dogs doomed to the fate of euthanasia simply because no one has claimed them. These are good, healthy, non-aggressive dogs that are accepted into the One Dog at a Time Rescue/foster/adoption program. We foster, train, and find the perfect home through veterinarian checks, reference checks, and home visits. The only way we can do the good works we have done is through donations, open foster homes, and community support. In addition to our dog foster/adoption program, we also provide food monthly to the ODTR Pet Food Pantry and also monthly, we hold an ODTR Community Low Cost Neuter and Spay Transport.
