The Heart of Louisiana Humane Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2008 by Rae McManus. Our organization operates out of the Central Louisiana area with headquaters in Winnfield, Louisiana. HLHS is completely volunteer ran and operated, we are also foster based, meaning All companions in our organization are in homes of our fosters.
