Our all-volunteer organization was founded to help rescue homeless animals, and support local animal shelters through fostering in the Sacramento area. Fostering homeless animals benefits them by providing a nurturing environment, which relieves stress and makes the animals more adoptable. Additionally, fostering relieves pressure on the shelters by enabling these often under-funded facilities to take in more homeless animals and provide needed care. People who foster animals often find tremendous personal reward by saving lives and transforming homeless animals into new family members.
