We are a foster based 501(c)3 animal welfare non-profit that was founded on the belief that every treatable animal deserves a chance at life and a loving forever home. Our vision is that our mostly volunteer organization can collaborate with Riverside Department of Animal Services and significantly contribute to helping Riverside become a no-kill community. Our founders and board members bring many years of personal experience in animal welfare and share the philosophy that we must serve the community toward that vision. And our mostly volunteer organization brings the passion and drive to make our vision a reality.
Adopting a rescued dog, cat, or critter can be one of the most joyful experiences for both you and your new pet. Not only will you be giving a fostered pet a second chance in life, you will also be making room for more animals to be rescued! One animal adopted means one more can be saved. Our basic application process includes an application form, a standard interview, references, and a home check prior to the pet officially going home. All pets are fostered in volunteers’ homes, lovingly cared for, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and updated on vaccinations. They are just waiting for someone like you to take them home.
