Emma Feline Foundation (EFF), is an organization for the control, education and rescue of kittens and cats in Puerto Rico. We work some areas of the metropolitan area with the goal of expanding throughout the island. We are a 501c3 non-profit under the #66-093091 and local exemption under the Department of the Treasury #1101.01.262. EFF is managed with an entrepreneurial vision, with organized programs and departments that will help us continue our philanthropy without spending the vast majority of our time soliciting donations. We are working hard to get our shelter and finally start with our programs that not only will benefit kittens & cats but the communities and people. Our expertise are cats and kittens with special conditions, which are the ones to shelter to give them the quality of life they deserve. At the same time, we will continue with the education, TNR and the adoption processes.
