Our Mission - Saving Paws and Saving Souls®. Doggoneexpress is a 501(c)3 corporation created to assist non-profit, no-kill rescue groups and organizations to promote animal welfare. Our mission is to establish programs in correctional facilities and juvenile detention centers across Louisiana for both basic training and service dog training, to pass spay and neuter laws, and to help provide transport to all shelters and parish agencies in south Louisiana for adoptions and evacuations.
