Dewey Animals, Inc. was founded in 1993 and is run by a network of unpaid volunteers. The primary program is trap-neuter-return feral cats to reduce the birth of unwanted kittens, reduce the intake at shelters and thus reduce the euthanasia rate at the shelters.
