We do not transport dogs for adoption appointments. 5. We can not hold dogs, so we can not consider applications for a particular dog, until you are actually ready to accommodate the dog you wish to adopt. 6. Our goal is to find these great dogs great homes as soon as possible. Each dog in rescue, is taking the spot of another dog in need. You may however, have completed application on file with CCHD Rescue, to ensure that you are among the first to meet the dog of your choice. No adoptions or "meet and greets" will be considered without a completed application on file. 7. Adoption fee covers rescue expenses, including: spay/neuter, current vaccinations, various medical care, micro-chipping, feeding, and maintaining dogs needs. 8. Once your completed application has been reviewed and approved, we will schedule a "meet and greet" for you and your family. If it is a match, you may take your dog home. CCHD Rescue wants the best for our dogs, and adopters, all adoptions have a trial period of 2 weeks, full refunds of adoptions fees apply. We want to make sure that you and the dog are a good fit.
