BARC rescues dogs and cats from situations of abuse and neglect and provides them with medical attention, love, and kindness in foster homes until they are adopted. BARC also aims to raise public awareness to the plight of these animals who cannot speak for themselves by educating the public regarding overpopulation, the physical and emotional care of their pets, and promoting spaying/neutering of pets. Our goal is to eliminate animal over-population, abuse, neglect, and homelessness.
Submit a completed adoption application for review. Sign the adoption contract once your application has been approved, and pay the adoption fee ($185 for dogs | $125 for cats). Schedule a home visit. Welcome your new family member at the home visit!
